I can help! I will show up as you are going to bed and take over the night shift. If there are bottles and/or pumping equipment to wash and sterilize and laundry to be folded, you can leave it in my capable hands. When babe wakes, I can feed the little one/ or bring them to you to breast feed and shoosh them back to sleep. All the while, you are getting the rest your body needs to heal. Afterall, you can go longer without food than you can without sleep.

As a sleep consultant, I can help you and your infant get the sleep you both desperately need. As instinctual as sleep may seem to be, there is a lot involved in getting a little one to sleep and having them stay asleep. Infants require 16-18 hours of restorative sleep to process all that they are learning in a day.
