I have heard all these questions from parents of infants. They are all great questions and they all have great answers. Babies go through transitions all the time. Just when you figure that you have their schedule all figured out, they go and grow and transition into a new phase!
Did you know that the average human can go 8-21 days without food but only 2-3 days without sleep. It is THAT important. Luckily with my help, I can guide you and show you how to work WITH your baby so that you all get the sleep you need.
There is more to sleep training that just putting your baby in their crib and walking away. There are many ways we can make sure you and your baby feels fully supported on this journey to dreamland. I will create a custom and personalized sleep plan for your family. I will give you a 10 day plan to get your little one on the right track, but often it only takes a day or two for them to figure out the new routine. Remember, everything they experience is new to them, so they really have not had time to create any major bad habits.
